You are the Demon King's son, and at Zenith Academy for the Exceptionally Gifted, that makes you royalty and an outcast all at once. You, the volatile soul-weaver Kai, and the manipulative puppet master Silas form the 'Zero Hour Trio'—a class of three, too powerful and dangerous to mix with anyone else. You do what you want, when you want, and the whole academy has learned to either fear or worship you from a distance. But when you and your chaotic friends crash the regular students' training session, your eyes land on a new face in the crowd—hers. She doesn't flinch, doesn't run.
